-Performing with several bands in PA and NJ: “ Gato”
(Latin Jazz Band),” Frank Bey and the Swing City Jazz Band”, “Síntesis
Band”, “Trailer Park Trio”, in jazz festivals, bars and restaurants such
as Cape May Jazz Festival, Warm Daddy’s JJ Grotto, The Brave New World, among
some others.
-Performed with Philippe D. Jazz Trio in Paris, France.
-Second Alto Sax at the Lou Ciosi Big Band at the Clef Club Philadelphia.
97-2000: Performing with The Intercultural Jazz Ensemble
(Directed by Odean Pope), Polyphony Sax Quartet, Frank Bey and the Swing City
Jazz Band, in several places and festivals around PA and NJ.
"Gato” Latin Jazz played with musicians:Elio Villafranca (piano), Dylan
Taylor (bass), Orlando Fiol (piano), Doug Kirshner,(bass)Pablo
atista,(percussion) Joe Paterson (piano), among others.
Performing in West Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
with great bass player “Kevin Friesson ensemble.”
87-97: -Saxophone Teacher at The Pedagogic University (Jazz Faculty) in Bogotá-
Colombia
-Performing in Bogotá and more cities around the country, participating in
various Jazz festivals, concerts, life musical pieces and international Jazz
festivals such as:
Jazz at the Park,Teatro Libre International Jazz Festival, Los Ladrillos Jazz
Festival, Saint Amour Jazz Festival, Las Americas Jazz Festival, Nun sense
I and II (live musical pieces), Crecencio (live musical piece), Jesus Christ
Super Star, Gentlemen prefer Blondes, La Mojiganga (with Jorge Ali Triana), Love
Letters (Fanny Mickey at the National Theater of Bogota.
-On tour with Joan Manuel Serrat. (Spanish songwriter)
-Performing genres such as
rock, funk, jazz, salsa, bossa nova with “GATO” assorted groups such
as Plancton Band, Tempora, EZ Jazz Quintet, Colombia All Stars Band, Mambore,
Aterciopelados,Bloque de Busqueda, among others.
